Harlem Lacrosse—Philadelphia launched two girls programs in fall 2017 with the support of the Live Like Blaine Foundation. Support from the growing network Philadelphia helped Harlem Lacrosse add a boys program in 2018 and a second boys program in 2021. Expansion into Olney High School was started in the fall of 2022 for both school-based high school programming and community high school programming.
