Sadie Mauro Memorial Fund
Sadie Mauro was a kind and loving young woman, and a caring teammate who loved the game of lacrosse. As put by her Mass Elite Directors Kara Connerty and Lisa Parsons, “Sadie arrived to every field with a smile. She brought out the best in all of her teammates and brought a positive energy wherever she went. Sadie’s unwavering support, her selflessness and her dedication to uplifting others will continue to inspire her coaches and teammates, both on and off the field.”
To honor Sadie’s legacy, please consider a gift to Harlem Lacrosse.

In the fall of 2024, Harlem Lacrosse will host a community wide event aimed at bringing together Sadie’s friends and family with the Harlem Lacrosse community of kids, families, volunteers and partners. The day will feature clinics, competition, food music and celebration. Community events are critical pieces of the program calendar for Harlem Lacrosse and this event will take on new meaning as we use it to celebrate Sadie’s legacy.
